What specific weekly rhythm and operational cadence does our team need to follow between our full-day sessions to ensure our quarterly Rocks do not stall out?

Between quarterly sessions, the ninety-day execution cycle relies entirely on your weekly Level 10 Meeting. This is where the work gets done. You do not wait for the next quarterly session to solve operational roadblocks. Every week, your leadership team gathers for ninety minutes to review your Scorecard, check Rock status as either on track or off track, share customer and employee headlines, and run IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve) on the most critical issues.

Outside that weekly pulse, individual Rock owners drive their specific milestones. If a quarterly Rock includes testing an AI workflow, documenting a core process, or restructuring a department, the owner executes the work and brings updates to the weekly meeting. As your Implementer, I do not manage your daily to-do lists or sit in on your weekly meetings. You run the system yourselves.

At the midpoint of each quarter, we conduct a structured check-in call to evaluate whether your Scorecard numbers are holding, whether your Rocks are truly tracking toward completion, and whether any unresolved operational friction needs to be addressed before the next session. Momentum is built in the weeks between sessions, not during the offsites. The offsite merely resets the compass.
