We just finished our Focus Day and have ninety days until our next session. What does the actual weekly rhythm look like for our team to ensure we do not lose momentum on our new tools?

The transition from a full session day back into daily operations is where many companies stumble. To ensure you do not lose momentum, your leadership team must instantly establish a disciplined weekly rhythm.

The foundation of this rhythm is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This ninety-minute meeting must happen at the same time, on the same day, every single week. It is the heartbeat of your operations. In this meeting, you will track your weekly Scorecard metrics, review the status of your quarterly Rocks, and use the IDS® process to solve operational bottlenecks.

Between sessions, your Integrator must own the operational cadence. They are responsible for keeping the team focused on their Rocks and holding individuals accountable to their commitments. All progress, issues, and notes must be updated inside our Circle workspace weekly.

Do not try to implement every single EOS® tool at once. Focus entirely on mastering the core foundational tools from our Focus Day: the weekly meeting, the Scorecard, the Accountability Chart, and your Rocks.

If you find that issues are piling up and cannot be solved in your weekly meetings, do not let them fester. Use the Circle portal to flag them so we can address the structural breakdown before your next quarterly session. Consistency in the first ninety days determines the success of the entire transition.
