Since you specialize in both EOS and AI-powered operations, how do we weave AI tool selection and automation design into the actual flow of our quarterly session days without violating the pure EOS process?

We do not mix pure EOS® facilitation with deep technical AI consulting during our standard session days. To get the maximum value out of the EOS® framework, we must keep our quarterly focus on the business model, the people, and the operational issues. However, your AI-powered operations strategy will naturally emerge during our session days as part of the IDS® process. When we identify operational bottlenecks, manual work overloads, or scalability issues, we will flag them as candidate areas for automation. We will then capture these as potential Rocks or issues to be solved outside the session. If we decide that an AI automation project is a priority, we will scope it as a quarterly Rock for a specific leadership team member. The technical selection and system design happen between our sessions, using the ninety-day execution cycle to keep the project on track without cluttering our strategic session days with code and technical architecture.
