This fear is completely normal, but holding onto daily execution is the single greatest bottleneck to your company's growth and ultimate valuation. During our sessions, we use the Accountability Chart to facilitate this transition safely and systematically.

We start by clearly defining the unique roles of the Visionary and the Integrator. We establish that the Integrator is responsible for running the day-to-day business, managing the leadership team, and executing the vision. Your role as the Visionary is focused on big ideas, key relationships, and long-term strategy.

To ease your anxiety, we do not expect you to let go overnight. We use the Level 10 Meeting™ and the weekly Scorecard to create a healthy boundary. The Scorecard gives you complete visibility into the health of the business through a handful of weekly metrics. You do not need to manage the details because the numbers will tell you exactly how the business is performing.

During our quarterly sessions, we facilitate the relationship between you and your Integrator.
