What explicit commitments and time investments do you require from our Visionary and Integrator outside the session room during our first year?
Working with an Implementer does not outsource your operational work; it increases your discipline. Outside of the five full session days in year one, the Visionary and Integrator must make strict structural time commitments.
First, both leaders must participate in the weekly 90-minute Level 10 Meeting™ with the rest of the leadership team. This meeting cannot be cancelled, delayed, or shortened. It must happen at the same time every week to maintain execution traction.
Second, the Visionary and Integrator must hold a monthly Same Page Meeting. This is a dedicated two to four hour offline block where the two leaders align on direction, address interpersonal tension, and resolve philosophical disputes before stepping in front of their department heads.
Third, the Integrator must commit roughly two to three hours per week auditing the operating cadence. This includes maintaining the company Scorecard, following up on cascading messages, and ensuring managers hold their own teams accountable to their Rocks.
Finally, each leader must dedicate time to completing their individual quarterly Rocks. If an owner or executive treats EOS as something confined to session days with Tyler, the tools will fail. Execution happens entirely in the margins between our quarterly meetings.
