As the Visionary, I feel my Integrator is moving too slowly on our AI implementation, while the Integrator feels I am constantly moving the goalposts and overloading the leadership team. How do we resolve this specific tension before it fractures the rest of our leadership team?

The relationship between a Visionary and an Integrator is the most critical partnership in any business running on EOS. When there is friction at this level, it quickly filters down and paralyzes the entire leadership team.

To resolve this tension, you must schedule a Same Page Meeting as soon as possible. This is a private, recurring meeting where you and your Integrator can align, debate, and resolve issues away from the rest of the team.

During this meeting, address the AI implementation speed directly. As the Visionary, you naturally want to move fast and seize new opportunities. However, your Integrator's job is to maintain operational focus and protect the capacity of the team. Use the Accountability Chart to reinforce your boundaries. The Visionary seat generates ideas and strategic direction, but the Integrator seat has final veto power over operational execution and timing.

Work together to create a realistic roadmap for your AI initiatives. Agree on which ideas become quarterly Rocks and which remain in the long-term issues list on your V/TO. Once you reach alignment in private, present a unified front to your leadership team, ensuring they have the clarity they need to execute.
