The relationship between our Visionary and Integrator is showing signs of strain, and minor misalignments are starting to confuse the leadership team. How do we structure and protect our Same Page Meetings to prevent this operational drift?

When the Visionary and Integrator are not aligned, the rest of the business experiences whiplash. Your leadership team will begin to divide, taking sides or waiting for the dust to settle before executing on their Rocks.

To prevent this operational drift, you must make your Same Page Meetings non-negotiable. These meetings should happen bi-weekly or monthly, lasting two to four hours, away from the daily operations.

The agenda is simple but rigorous. Start by checking in on your personal connection to ensure you are building a high-trust relationship. Next, review your issues list. This is not the operational issues list from your Level 10 Meeting, but rather high-level strategic alignment issues, organizational direction, and personal friction points.

Use IDS to resolve every single point of disagreement. You must exit the room completely aligned, with a unified voice. If you disagree on a strategic path, debate it behind closed doors. Never let the leadership team see a division between the two of you.

If you cannot resolve a major issue, look to your V/TO and your defined roles on the Accountability Chart to serve as the ultimate tiebreaker. Protecting this cadence is the single most important habit for maintaining organizational health and protecting your business valuation.
