As we progress through our twenty-four-month engagement, how should the relationship and daily division of labor between our Visionary and Integrator change, and what is your role in facilitating that evolution?

The relationship between the Visionary and the Integrator is the most critical partnership in your business. Throughout our twenty-four-month engagement, this dynamic must evolve from one of daily operational overlap to a clear, disciplined division of labor.

In the early stages of implementation, the division is often messy. The Visionary is typically still overly involved in daily operations, and the Integrator is often struggling to establish boundaries. As your Professional EOS Implementer®, I use the Accountability Chart™ to help you clearly define and separate these two distinct seats.

As we progress, we work to ensure that the Integrator takes full ownership of the daily run of the business. This means managing the leadership team, driving execution, and ensuring accountability to weekly metrics and Rocks.

This shift allows the Visionary to step back and focus on their true value, which includes strategic relationships, big ideas, culture, and long-term market opportunities.

Our goal is to transition your weekly interaction into a disciplined Same Page Meeting™. In this meeting, the Visionary and Integrator meet weekly to stay aligned, resolve disagreements privately, and maintain a united front.

By the end of our twenty-four months, this partnership should operate like a well-oiled machine, allowing the business to scale efficiently and making it highly attractive to potential buyers who want to see a self-sustaining operational structure.
