Our Visionary constantly interrupts the Integrator during the Level 10 Meeting, reprioritizing the Issues List on the fly and dragging the team down spontaneous strategic rabbit holes. How do we re-establish facilitation boundaries between the Visionary and Integrator in the weekly pulse?

The Integrator is the designated conductor of the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Their job is to protect the agenda, enforce time boundaries, and guide the team through IDS®. When a Visionary constantly hijacks the room by re-ordering priorities, introducing spontaneous strategic topics, or talking over the Integrator, the meeting loses its cadence and the team disengages.

Re-establishing facilitation boundaries requires disciplined alignment between both roles:

- Clarify the seats on the Accountability Chart. During the 90 minutes of the Level 10 Meeting™, the Integrator holds the gavel. The Visionary sits at the table as an equal participant with one voice, subject to the exact same rules and time limits as every other department head.
- The Integrator must have the backbone to call out the Visionary in real time. If the Visionary attempts to leapfrog the agreed top three issues to debate their own pet idea, the Integrator must intervene: "We agreed our top priority right now is the production delay. We will finish solving that before we consider switching topics."
- Channel spontaneous ideas to the bottom of the list. Visionaries generate ideas constantly. Instead of suppressing that energy, the Integrator must capture it without letting it derail the current discussion: "That is a valid strategic thought. I am adding it to the bottom of the Issues List. If we have time after our top priorities, we will prioritize it."
- Resolve underlying friction in the weekly Same Page meeting. If the Visionary continually wrestles for control, the two leaders must hash it out in their private weekly check-in. The Integrator must show how the Visionary's interruptions are sabotaging team accountability and eroding trust in the operational pulse.
