As the Visionary, I want to roll out EOS® to our entire 150-person organization immediately, but my Integrator wants to wait until the leadership team is 100 percent aligned. How do we resolve this speed-of-rollout disagreement?

This is a classic conflict between the Visionary and the Integrator. The Visionary wants to run fast and change everything overnight, while the Integrator wants to ensure the foundation is secure before adding more weight.

To resolve this disagreement, you must look to your V/TO® and your Accountability Chart. The Integrator is ultimately responsible for driving traction and managing the daily operations of the business. If the Integrator warns that cascading EOS® to all 150 employees immediately will cause operational chaos, you must respect that boundary.

The correct sequence is to cascade the tools in waves. First, the leadership team must run EOS for at least two full quarters. This allows them to master their own Level 10 Meetings, hit their Rocks, and experience the discipline of the weekly rhythm.

Once the leadership team is healthy and aligned, you cascade the tools to the next layer of management. Only after your department heads are successfully running their own Level 10 Meetings and managing their own Rocks do you roll the tools out to the rest of the company.

Use your weekly Same Page Meeting to align on a realistic, phased rollout schedule on your V/TO. This satisfies the Visionary's desire for progress while protecting the Integrator's operational stability.
