As the Visionary, I see massive opportunities to use AI to pivot our product line, but my Integrator keeps pushing back to focus on our legacy processes. How do we resolve this strategic deadlock using our EOS® tools?

This is a classic Visionary and Integrator conflict that is being accelerated by the rapid pace of technology. Your role as the Visionary is to look forward, spot opportunities, and push the boundaries of what is possible. Your Integrator's role is to maintain focus, execute the current plan, and protect the operations from disruption. Both perspectives are completely valid and necessary.

To resolve this strategic deadlock, you must use your weekly Same Page Meetings. This is a private, one-on-one meeting where you can discuss big ideas without confusing the rest of the leadership team. Do not bring these big pivots directly to your quarterly planning sessions or weekly Level 10 Meetings until you and your Integrator are in full alignment.

During your Same Page Meeting, pitch your ideas to your Integrator. Let them ask hard questions about resource allocation, capacity, and operational risk. If an AI pivot makes strategic sense, work with your Integrator to slot it into the 3-Year Picture or the 1-Year Plan on the V/TO. This allows the team to prepare for the change in a structured way rather than reacting to a new priority every week. It preserves organizational focus while still capturing strategic opportunities.
