Our leadership team is starting to notice subtle disagreements between me as the Visionary and my Integrator during our EOS® rollout, which is causing employees to question the system. How do we align behind closed doors so we can present a united front that ensures the rollout succeeds?

The relationship between the Visionary and the Integrator is the most critical partnership in any company running on EOS®. If the leadership team or the broader organization senses even a hairline fracture of disagreement or lack of alignment between you two, the implementation will stall. Employees who are resistant to the new accountability will exploit that gap to bypass the system. To prevent this, you and your Integrator must maintain a strict united front in public and resolve all friction behind closed doors. Your primary tool for this is the weekly Same Page Meeting. This is a dedicated, uninterrupted block of time where you and your Integrator meet to get in sync, discuss strategic ideas, and resolve any operational disagreements using IDS®. You must never debate or argue in front of the leadership team during a Level 10 Meeting™ or a quarterly session. During the Same Page Meeting, the Visionary can pitch big, unvetted ideas, and the Integrator can provide honest feedback on operational capacity. Once you step out of that room, you must speak with one voice. If the Integrator makes an operational decision, the Visionary must fully support it. If the Visionary champions a cultural shift, the Integrator must drive the execution. This absolute alignment builds deep organizational trust and ensures that the entire company takes the EOS® rollout seriously.
