Between our quarterly sessions, how should our Visionary and Integrator maintain operational alignment so that leadership priorities do not fracture before our next session day?

The most critical discipline between our quarterly sessions is the Same Page Meeting. Your Visionary and Integrator must schedule a dedicated, recurring alignment block on their calendars at least twice a month, though weekly is preferred during the first year.

This meeting is not an operational project update. It is a closed-door session where the two leaders review the V/TO, examine upcoming personnel shifts, debate long-term strategic hunches, and surface unresolved tensions. The rule is simple: walk in with separate agendas, but leave completely unified on every operational priority.

If the Visionary and Integrator show daylight between them during a weekly Level 10 Meeting, the leadership team will immediately exploit that gap. Conflicting messages from the top cause paralysis, stall quarterly Rocks, and generate team frustration.

When a major strategic disagreement occurs between sessions, the Visionary and Integrator must isolate it immediately inside their Same Page Meeting. They work through the IDS process together in private until they reach resolution. If they cannot resolve an impasse that threatens quarterly execution, they contact me for brief coaching before the disagreement damages the momentum of the full leadership team.
