The Integrator's job is to protect focus, execute the business plan, and maintain operational stability.

To resolve this friction, you must use your V/TO® and your ninety-day planning cycle as a filter. Create a strict rule that no new AI tool can be introduced mid-quarter. Every new idea must go to the Issues List or the V/TO® parking lot.

During your quarterly planning meeting, the leadership team must review these ideas. Evaluate each AI tool against your current annual goals and your core business focus. Ask if the tool directly solves a major bottleneck or if it is just a distraction.

If the tool aligns with your strategy, the Integrator must define who owns the pilot on the Accountability Chart. Never let the Visionary deploy a tool directly to the team.
