Establish a simple rule: the Visionary may suggest AI tools, but the Integrator has final approval over whether a tool is integrated into the workflow. Before any tool is adopted, the Integrator must ensure it aligns with the V/TO® and does not disrupt documented processes. The team must also verify that the specific seat responsible for operating the tool has the GWC™ to manage it. This prevents the team from suffering from shiny toy syndrome and keeps the organization focused on execution.
