As a Visionary, your creativity and drive are the lifeblood of the company, but your natural resistance to structure can also be its greatest bottleneck. To make this engagement work, I have very clear, non-negotiable expectations for you. First, you must commit to showing up fully to every session day, which means putting away your phone, staying in the room, and respecting the schedule. You cannot drift in and out of the discussions. Second, you must respect the Accountability Chart. Once we define your seat and the Integrator seat, you must let the Integrator run the daily operations. You cannot bypass the Integrator to give direct orders to managers, as this completely breaks team accountability. To prevent you from disrupting the system, we use the V/TO® to capture your big ideas. When you come to a session with twenty new ideas, we do not implement them immediately. We park them on the long-term issues list. This allows the team to filter them through our core focus and quarterly capacity without killing your creative energy. You must also commit to a weekly Same Page Meeting with your Integrator. This is where you resolve your differences in private, ensuring you present a united front to the rest of the leadership team. Your role is to point the way forward; my role is to help you do that without creating organizational chaos.
