To keep your virtual meetings sharp, enforce these ground rules:
- First, video cameras must be on for the entire ninety minutes. No exceptions. This ensures eye contact and allows participants to read body language during tough debates.
- Second, ban multitasking. Close all other browser tabs, email clients, and messaging apps. Everyone must be fully present in the meeting.
