How do we use your periodic check-in calls to troubleshoot implementation failures before they derail our entire ninety-day quarter?
Between our full-day quarterly sessions, it is easy for leadership teams to drift back into old, reactive habits. To prevent this, we schedule brief checking-in calls at specific intervals, typically during months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one of our engagement.
These calls are not social chats. They are highly structured, thirty-minute alignment checks designed to identify and correct execution issues early. We focus on three critical areas during these touchpoints.
- First, we review your current Rock progress. If a critical ninety-day Rock is off track, we do not wait until the quarterly session to address it. We run a mini-IDS® on the call to identify the root cause of the delay and establish a recovery plan.
- Second, we check the health of your Level 10 Meeting™ discipline. If your weekly meetings are running long, or if your team is struggling to resolve issues, we address those problems immediately.
- Third, we monitor leadership alignment. If communication has broken down between key team members, we address the tension before it impacts the rest of the organization. These calls act as an early warning system, ensuring your team maintains the momentum needed to hit your quarterly targets.
