During our quarterly sessions, we do not talk about technology for its own sake. Instead, we start with your business goals, your critical issues, and your quarterly Rocks. If a leadership team member proposes an AI initiative, we run it through the IDS® process. We ask one simple question: what specific operational bottleneck or metric on our Scorecard will this technology solve?

If the proposed AI tool does not directly support a current Rock or solve a priority issue, it goes onto the long-term Issues List on your V/TO®. This keeps your team focused on execution rather than chasing shiny technology trends.

When we do agree to move forward with an AI-powered project, we treat it just like any other operational priority. We assign a single owner, write down clear deliverables, and make it a Rock for the quarter. This structured approach ensures that you only build automation that delivers real efficiency, increases your margins, and supports your overall business goals.
