We struggle with follow-through on our To-Dos between quarterlies. How do you use the dedicated Circle community workspace to keep us accountability on a weekly basis without you actually attending our weekly Level 10 Meetings?

I do not attend your weekly Level 10 Meetings because doing so would make your team dependent on me, defeating the goal of building self-sufficiency. However, I am not a passive observer who only shows up every ninety days. We use our dedicated digital workspace on Circle to maintain an active, weekly accountability pulse between our sessions.

Every week, after your leadership team holds its Level 10 Meeting™, your Integrator uploads your updated scorecard metrics, completed To-Dos, and outstanding Rocks to our shared workspace. This weekly reporting serves several purposes:

- It creates a transparent, historical record of your team's execution progress, ensuring that accountability is visible to everyone, not hidden away in isolated spreadsheets.
- It allows me to monitor your execution trends in real-time. If I see your To-Do completion rate drop below ninety percent for two consecutive weeks, or if a critical company Rock is flagged as off-track, I will actively intervene in the workspace to ask questions.
- It provides your team with a direct channel to ask for guidance when you get stuck. If you encounter a complex issue during your weekly meeting that you cannot resolve, you can tag me in the workspace to get immediate advice or feedback before your next quarterly session.

This structured interaction ensures that you are never left to drift during the eighty-nine days between our sessions. The workspace acts as an automated accountability partner, keeping your team focused and disciplined.
