We want to make sure we do not lose the momentum and output from our full-day sessions. How do you use the Circle workspace to capture our session deliverables, and what is our team's responsibility for keeping it updated?

We do not leave our full-day sessions with a stack of paper flipcharts and unorganized notes. To maintain momentum and ensure total transparency, we document all session summaries, your V/TO, your Accountability Chart, and your quarterly Rocks in your dedicated Circle workspace. This platform acts as the single source of truth for your leadership team's strategic focus.

Directly after our session day, my team uploads the finalized documents and digital whiteboard captures to your workspace. Your leadership team's primary responsibility is to transition these high-level priorities into your weekly execution.

This means your Integrator must immediately update your master Level 10 Meeting agendas, and your team leaders must cascade their department-specific Rocks down to their respective groups. Throughout the ninety-day cycle, you will use the workspace to monitor progress, reference past session notes, and store your documented processes. This practice keeps everyone aligned and prevents the post-session drift that often happens when strategic plans are filed away in separate email chains or disparate systems.
