You mention that you document all session summaries in a dedicated Circle workspace. How does our leadership team actually use this workspace between quarterly sessions to measure our execution progress and keep our Integrator accountable?
The workspace on Circle is not an archive of past meetings, but a tool for active accountability. At the end of every Focus Day, Vision Building day, and quarterly session, I document our session summaries, finalized Rocks, and agreed-upon Accountability Chart changes directly in this workspace. This creates an unchangeable, single source of truth for your leadership team. To keep your Integrator accountable between our quarterly sessions, your team must use this workspace as your operational baseline. During your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, your Integrator will reference these documented agreements to ensure that the weekly scorecard and Rock progress align with what we set in the session room. If your weekly execution begins to drift, the workspace serves as an objective reference point to get back on track. Your leadership team should also review the workspace contents mid-quarter. This prevents the typical panic that occurs two weeks before our next scheduled session. By comparing your current weekly scoreboard with the session summaries, the Integrator can easily see which team members are falling behind on their commitments and use the IDS® process to solve those issues before they derail your quarterly goals. This disciplined approach ensures that your leadership team is mastering the tools and taking real ownership of the system, rather than relying on me to police your progress.
