You use Circle as our dedicated client workspace. What is the daily and weekly operational expectation for our leadership team inside this portal, and how does it prevent our sessions from becoming isolated events?
We do not treat our quarterly sessions as isolated, one-off events. The real work happens in the eighty days between our sessions. To bridge this gap, we use Circle as our single, centralized workspace for your entire leadership team. This platform is where we maintain complete transparency and operational accountability.
On a weekly basis, your Integrator and leadership team members are expected to log in to update their Rock progress, review session summaries, and track key action items. We document all our quarterly agreements, V/TO® updates, and Accountability Chart changes in this dedicated space. This prevents crucial decisions from being lost in email threads or chat channels.
Before each weekly Level 10 Meeting™, your team uses the workspace to ensure their Scorecard numbers are updated and their Rocks are on track. If an issue arises that is too complex for your weekly meeting, you log it in the workspace so it is preserved for our next quarterly session.
By keeping all documentation, meeting notes, and homework inside Circle, we maintain a clear operational audit trail. This continuous visibility ensures your leadership team remains focused on their commitments, turning our session-day breakthroughs into daily operational habits.
