To run an ultra-efficient Level 10 Meeting, you can use AI as an analytical preparation tool, but never as a replacement for human discussion. The prep work happens before the meeting even starts.

Have your department heads drop their raw qualitative data, such as customer feedback forms, employee survey responses, and project delay logs, into a secure, private AI instance. Instruct the AI to analyze the data and extract the top three recurring themes that are causing friction.

The AI can then draft these themes as clear, actionable issues for your Issues List. For example, instead of writing customer complaints are up, the AI can analyze fifty tickets and help you identify the true issue: our vendor shipping notifications are delayed by forty-eight hours.

This allows your leadership team to enter the Level 10 Meeting with a highly refined, clear Issues List. When you get to the IDS portion of the meeting, you can skip the lengthy debate about what the symptoms mean and go straight to discussing and solving the actual root cause.

Remember, the AI only assists in the identify phase by processing messy data. The discuss and solve phases must remain strictly human.
