Our weekly Level 10 Meeting Issues List frequently grows to over forty items, making it feel completely overwhelming to prioritize. How can we use AI tools to help us synthesize and clean up this list before our meeting starts?
A bloated Issues List of forty or more items is a symptom of a team that is treating the list as a personal notepad rather than a highly curated register of business obstacles. You can leverage artificial intelligence to clean this up, but you must do so without losing the human accountability of the meeting.
Before the meeting starts, have your Integrator run the raw list of issues through an AI language model with a specific, secure prompt. Instruct the AI to categorize the issues into three buckets: duplicate or overlapping problems, tactical items that should be handled offline between two leaders, and true strategic issues that require the collective intelligence of the full leadership team.
The AI can output a synthesized list, suggesting which items can be merged and which ones should be routed directly to individual departments. The Integrator can then review this recommendation in five minutes and present a clean list of fifteen core issues to the team.
However, never let the AI decide your top three priorities. That choice requires human judgment, intuition, and alignment. Use AI to do the heavy lifting of sorting, filtering, and summarizing the noise so your leadership team can spend its valuable ninety minutes focused entirely on solving the actual problems.
