To do this without losing control, assign the person who owns the issue on the Accountability Chart to interact with the AI. When an issue requires external context, have that seat owner input a highly specific prompt into a secure, pre-configured AI model during the meeting.

Use the AI to quickly unblock the team:

- Ask for a list of standard industry approaches to the specific operational bottleneck you are facing.
- Request a comparison of the technical trade offs between two solutions you are discussing.
- Have the AI identify potential edge cases or risks in your proposed solution.

The key is that the AI output is treated as input for your discussion, not the final decision. The leadership team must still use their collective intelligence, values, and experience to solve the issue. This keeps your meeting highly efficient, prevents unnecessary research To-Dos, and allows you to make fast, well-informed decisions.
