To set this up effectively, create a workflow where your AI tools analyze your scorecard history to identify trends, deviations, and correlations. For example, the AI can flag that whenever marketing leads drop below thirty, sales demo bookings drop two weeks later. The AI can draft these insights and place them directly onto your weekly Issues List draft.

However, the human element must remain supreme. Before the meeting starts, the owner of that metric must review the AI-generated insights. The leader is still responsible for standing up and saying, my number is off-track, here is the issue, and here is what we are going to do about it.
