We have automated several of our core operational processes using AI, but our weekly Level 10 Meeting™ Scorecard still tracks old, manual activity metrics like outbound calls or manual emails sent. How do we update our weekly Scorecard to measure the actual efficiency of our AI-powered operations instead of outdated human activity metrics?

If you have integrated AI and automation into your operations, but your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ Scorecard still tracks manual human activities, you are measuring the wrong things. Tracking outdated activity metrics like manual calls or data entry tasks when those processes are now automated creates a massive disconnect.

You must redesign your Scorecard to measure the health and efficiency of your automated systems. Shift your focus from input metrics to output and efficiency metrics. Instead of measuring how many manual emails were sent, measure the system's processing volume, the error rate of the AI outputs, or the processing speed of the automation.

Your Scorecard should focus on three categories:

- System health, such as uptime or API success rates.
- Human oversight, such as the percentage of AI-generated outputs that require manual correction or override.
- Strategic impact, such as lead conversion rates or customer response times.

Every metric must still have a clear owner on the Accountability Chart. The leader who owns the seat associated with that process is responsible for the metric, even if an AI system is doing the actual work. If a system metric is red, the owner must drop it to the Issues List.

Updating your Scorecard this way keeps your leadership team focused on managing system performance rather than monitoring outdated human labor. It ensures your Level 10 Meeting™ remains a true reflection of your modern, high-tech operations.
