You can create a new seat on your Accountability Chart called Systems Specialist or Operations Coordinator. Clearly define the five major roles for this seat, such as managing software integrations, monitoring AI data quality, troubleshooting pipeline errors, and training staff on approved tools. This specialist will report directly to your Integrator. This structure frees up your Integrator to focus on leading, managing, and holding the team accountable, while ensuring your operational AI tools are actively maintained by someone with the natural talent to keep them running smoothly. This keeps your overhead low and ensures your technology remains aligned with your overall business strategy.
