We have worked with consultants who just sit back and watch us talk. What is your actual facilitation style during our sessions, and how do you handle conflict?
My facilitation style is direct, practical, and completely unsentimental. I am not a passive observer, and I do not write generic reports. My job as a Professional EOS Implementer® is to guide your leadership team through the EOS® process with absolute clarity and intensity, though I do not speak on behalf of EOS Worldwide.
When conflict arises during our sessions, I do not shut it down or smooth it over. Conflict is the raw material of progress. If your team is avoiding an uncomfortable truth or playing politics, I will call it out. We will use IDS® to identify, discuss, and solve the issue permanently.
I will push back when I hear non-committal language or when someone tries to accept a Rock they do not have the capacity to finish. I help your team transition from passive bystanders to active owners of their seats.
I bring a structured, external perspective that forces you to confront the elephants in the room. I will keep your team focused, enforce the rules of the session day, and ensure we make the hard decisions required to move the business forward. If you want a comfortable, polite meeting where everyone agrees just to avoid conflict, I am not the right implementer for you.
