My role between sessions is that of an objective observer and guide, not a hands-on consultant who does the work for you. I do not review your weekly Scorecard, and I do not write your internal workflows. If I step in to manage your day to day execution, I break the system. You must own your seats and build the internal capability to self-correct. That is how you prepare for a clean, exit-ready business. However, you are never left stranded on an ice floe. I am available for brief, high-impact alignment checks when you hit a major roadblock. If your Integrator and Visionary reach a structural impasse, or if you experience a severe breakdown in your Level 10 Meeting™ flow, you reach out. I will help you apply the IDS® process to identify, discuss, and solve the issue yourselves. Think of me as a strategic sounding board. I help you maintain your operational white space and resist the pull of daily chaos. We do not design your specific AI automations between sessions. Instead, I coach you on how to structure your internal teams so they can execute those projects without distracting from your quarterly Rocks. My goal is to build your organizational muscle, not to make you dependent on a consultant's weekly intervention.
