We want to commit to your facilitation but need to understand the absolute milestones of the standard two year journey. What concrete operational shifts should we expect our leadership team to display at the six month, twelve month, and twenty four month marks?
At the six month mark, your leadership team should exhibit a major behavioral shift. This is where the chaotic firefighting begins to subside. You will have completed your Focus Day and both Vision Building sessions. Your team will actively use the Level 10 Meeting™ structure and show a basic discipline in tracking a weekly Scorecard. You will see issues solved permanently rather than discussed repeatedly.
By month twelve, the operations become predictable. The V/TO® is fully established, and your team is hitting eighty percent of their quarterly Rocks. The critical shift here is alignment. Every leader knows their numbers and holds their department accountable. The operational friction between seats in the Accountability Chart is significantly reduced.
At twenty four months, you achieve complete self sufficiency. Your leadership team is running quarterly and annual planning sessions seamlessly without outside assistance. The entire organization is aligned around the vision, and you are scaling efficiently. My role as an EOS® Implementer is to work myself out of a job by this milestone. We guide you through the initial learning curve, install the system, and coach you to mastery so you can run the business independently.
