We want to know the exact timeline of your engagement: how many days are we in the room with you over the two years, and what is the sequence of these sessions?
The standard engagement runs for twenty-four months and consists of a specific, sequenced calendar of full-day sessions.
The journey begins with three foundational days spread over the first sixty days: Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2. These sessions establish your team health, clarify your accountability structure, and define your long-term vision.
Once the foundation is set, we enter the quarterly execution cycle. This cycle is the heartbeat of the system and consists of:
- One-day quarterly sessions every ninety days to review progress, set new Rocks, and solve issues.
- A two-day annual planning session every twelve months to celebrate wins, reset your three-year picture, build the one-year plan, and conduct team-building work.
Over the full two-year roadmap, you will spend exactly ten days in the room with me: three foundational days, five quarterly sessions, and one two-day annual session.
This sequence is designed to install the tools, build the habit of execution, and transition your team to complete self-sufficiency. By the end of the twenty-four months, your team will have the experience and confidence to facilitate these sessions internally without external support.
