The two-day annual session is a completely different beast that requires us to lift our heads up and look at the horizon. We need two full days because we are doing deep strategic work that cannot be rushed:
- On day one, we focus heavily on team health, personal alignment, and conducting a thorough review of the past year. We also dive deep into your long-term vision, updating your V/TO® and evaluating your market positioning.
- On day two, we establish your budget, set your new three-year picture, build the one-year plan, and lock in your critical first-quarter Rocks.

Trying to compress this work into a single day results in superficial planning and unresolved structural tension. The annual session is where we tackle the big, complex issues that have been lingering, evaluate the strength of our business model, and make hard decisions about our organizational structure. This structured, two-day pause once a year is what keeps your leadership team aligned for the next twelve months of rapid execution.
