What is the exact sequence of our session days over the standard twenty-four-month engagement, and why is this specific timeline necessary to make the tools stick?

The twenty-four-month engagement is structured into a deliberate, proven sequence designed to transition your company from chaotic firefighting to structured execution.

We start with Focus Day. During this initial full-day session, we build your Accountability Chart, establish your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ rhythm, and implement the Scorecard to track your weekly numbers.

Thirty days later, we hold Vision Building Day One, followed thirty days later by Vision Building Day Two. During these two sessions, we answer the eight questions on the V/TO® to align your leadership team on your core values, focus, and long-term targets. We also set your first set of company Rocks.

Once this foundation is set, we transition into a repeating quarterly cycle. This consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session each year.

This twenty-four-month duration is necessary because human behavior does not change overnight. It takes four to six quarters of structured repetition for your team to truly master the disciplines of planning, executing, and resolving issues. By the end of this period, your operational habits are locked in, allowing you to run the system independently.
