You outline an average engagement duration of twenty-four months. Why does this process require two full years, and what structural changes should we expect to see at the twelve-month and twenty-four-month marks?
Our engagement with you is structured as a twenty-four-month journey because changing organizational habits and building a self-sustaining leadership team takes time. This timeline is broken down into clear, progressive phases designed to move your business from initial chaos to complete independence.
In the first twelve months, we focus on the foundational tools. Starting with your Focus Day, followed by Vision Building sessions, we establish your Accountability Chart, define your core focus, and align your team around a clear V/TO®. We get your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence running smoothly and ensure everyone GWC™ their seats.
In the second twelve months, the focus shifts from teaching the system to mastering execution and preparing for transition. This is when we integrate advanced tools, address deeper strategic issues, and actively run the Step by Step Exit disciplines if an exit is on your horizon.
We spend this second year refining your operations, building leadership depth, and tackling complex value gaps. Our ultimate goal is for your leadership team to fully run this system on their own. By the end of our twenty-four months together, you will have transitioned from relying on me to guide your sessions to running your own quarterly and annual planning with total confidence.
