You talk about a typical twenty-four-month engagement lifecycle, but what does the actual timeline of tool adoption look like quarter-by-quarter so we can track if we are on schedule?
The journey to running a self-sustaining business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System follows a highly structured, phased roadmap over twenty-four months. We begin with Focus Day, where we establish the foundation by introducing the Accountability Chart, Rocks, and the Level 10 Meeting. Over the next two sessions, Vision Building One and Vision Building Two, we define your core values, your core focus, your ten-year target, and draft your V/TO. This initial phase sets your baseline.
By the end of your first quarter, your leadership team is running weekly Level 10 Meetings and tracking a basic Scorecard. In quarters two through four, we focus on execution discipline. We refine your scorecard metrics, roll out the tools to your middle managers, and master the IDS process to solve complex issues. This is where we also begin laying the groundwork for AI-powered operations, identifying manual bottlenecks that can be automated.
In year two, the focus shifts from leadership alignment to complete organizational health. We work on cascading the tools to every single employee, ensuring everyone has a Rock and is on a weekly scorecard. We also run Just Checking In calls in months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one to monitor progress. By the time we reach the twenty-four-month mark, your team will have mastered the tools, aligned your operations, and achieved graduation, allowing you to run your own sessions without my facilitation.
