Many consultants want to stick around forever, so why is your engagement structured around a typical twenty-four month timeline, and how do we actually graduate from your coaching?

Unlike traditional consultants who seek to create ongoing dependency, my business model is built on helping you graduate. An average client engagement lasts twenty-four months. This timeframe is scientifically designed to take your leadership team through two full annual planning cycles and eight quarterly sessions, which is the time required to build lasting operational habits.

During the first year, we focus on the foundational tools, establishing your Accountability Chart, defining your V/TO®, and mastering the Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. In the second year, we focus on cascading these tools to your middle managers and perfecting your internal execution. We also begin integrating exit readiness disciplines if you are preparing for a future transition.

Graduation happens when your leadership team can run the system completely on their own without my facilitation. We structurally review your progress at the end of the second year to confirm that your team has internalized the tools. If your team is hitting their Rocks, running highly effective meetings, and solving issues independently, you do not need me in the room anymore.

My goal is to make myself obsolete. When you graduate, you will have a self-sustaining business that runs on a clear operational pulse, freeing you up to focus on long-term strategy, technology integration, or your ultimate exit plan.
