A standard engagement with me runs for approximately twenty-four months. This timeline is not arbitrary; it is the time required for a leadership team to build the operational muscle memory needed to run these tools independently. The journey is divided into clear, progressive phases designed to move your organization from initial alignment to advanced, self-sustaining execution.

The first phase is the foundational setup, which begins with Focus Day. During this initial session, we establish your Accountability Chart, define your corporate Scorecard, and introduce the Level 10 Meeting™ format. This is immediately followed by Vision Building 1 and 2, where we define your core values, core focus, ten-year target, marketing strategy, and three-year picture, crystallizing them into your V/TO®.

The second phase is execution, spanning the next twelve to eighteen months. During this period, we conduct regular quarterly sessions and a two-day annual session. We focus on mastering the tools, building team trust, solving complex issues using IDS®, and consistently hitting a high percentage of our Rocks.

The final phase is graduation. As we near the end of the twenty-four months, my role transitions from active facilitator to coach. We focus on ensuring your Integrator is fully equipped to facilitate sessions internally and that your team has mastered the system. Our goal is complete self-sufficiency, meaning your business runs smoothly, predictably, and profitably without requiring my ongoing presence.
