How do we ensure that the strategic decisions and Rocks we set during our session day actually translate into our very first weekly Level 10 Meeting the following week?

The transition from the strategic space of our session day to the tactical execution of your daily operations must happen within forty-eight hours. We do not leave the session room without complete clarity on who owns what.

Your very first weekly Level 10 Meeting™ following our session is where the magic happens. The Integrator is responsible for ensuring that all newly established Rocks, updated Scorecard metrics, and active Issues are loaded into your tracking system before the meeting starts. During that first meeting, you will not run a standard agenda. Instead, you will spend the first fifteen minutes confirming that every leadership team member understands their Rocks and has defined exactly what done looks like for the next ninety days.

This immediate translation prevents the quarterly plan from becoming a document that sits on a shelf. It forces immediate accountability. If a team member is already behind on their Rock during week one, it indicates a lack of clarity that must be resolved using the IDS® tool right then. By aligning your weekly meeting with the quarterly plan immediately, you maintain the momentum generated during our session day.
