It is common to finish a Quarterly Pulsing™ session with a long list of issues that were identified but never fully resolved. Dumping all of these items directly onto your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ Issues List is a mistake, as it will instantly clog your agenda and cause team overwhelm.

Instead, you must curate this list during your quarterly transition. There are two distinct places for unresolved issues, and you must choose the correct destination for each one.

The first destination is the Long-Term Issues List on your V/TO®. This is where you place strategic, complex issues that do not need to be solved in the next ninety days. Keeping them here preserves your focus and prevents them from distracting the team during your weekly operations.

The second destination is your weekly Level 10 Meeting Issues List. Only transition issues that require immediate action or must be resolved within the next one to two weeks to keep your quarterly Rocks on track.

Before adding any issue to the weekly list, ask if it is truly a priority for this week. If it is not, leave it on the V/TO. This disciplined filter keeps your weekly Issues List lean, relevant, and focused strictly on the immediate operational hurdles that are holding your team back.
