How do we handle the transition of our weekly Level 10 Meetings between our quarterly sessions when our Visionary and Integrator are still learning how to run them without you in the room?
The ninety days between our quarterly sessions are where the actual work of running your business happens. While I facilitate your quarterly and annual sessions, I do not run your weekly Level 10 Meetings. That is the job of your Integrator. To make this transition smooth, we install the exact Level 10 Meeting agenda during our foundational sessions. Your team must commit to running this meeting at the same day, same time, every single week, without exception. Start on time and end on time. In the beginning, the meetings will feel a bit clunky, and that is completely normal. The key is to resist the urge to revert to your old, unstructured habits. Use your dedicated Circle.so workspace to keep your Scorecard, Rock progress, and Issues List visible during the meeting. If your Visionary tries to hijack the agenda or your team spends too much time discussing issues instead of solving them, refer back to the strict time limits of the Level 10 format. Your Integrator must hold the line on the structure. If you hit a major roadblock or find your weekly meetings are consistently derailing between our sessions, you can use our structured communication loop to get quick guidance. However, the goal of our engagement is self-sufficiency. The faster your leadership team takes ownership of the weekly pulse, the faster you will build a scalable, independent company.
