As we approach the end of our twenty-four-month engagement, how does your role as a facilitator change during our sessions to transition ownership of the EOS tools entirely to our internal Integrator?
Our ultimate goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient so you can run your business without me. Over our twenty-four-month engagement, my role as your facilitator undergoes a deliberate shift.
In the first twelve months, I am highly active, teaching the tools, setting the pace, and keeping your team strictly within the boundaries of the EOS® process. I manage the energy in the room and push you hard to solve tough issues.
As we enter the second year, I begin to step back and allow your internal Integrator to take more of a leadership role during our sessions. I will consciously speak less, giving your team the space to facilitate their own discussions, run their own IDS® process, and resolve conflicts.
By our final quarters, I act primarily as an observer and advisor, offering course corrections and feedback at the end of the day rather than driving the agenda. We use our Circle workspace to transition all session documentation to your team. When you graduate, your Integrator will be fully equipped to facilitate your quarterlies and annuals with the same level of discipline and execution that we established together.
