If our leadership team masters the tools faster than the average twenty-four months, does our contract allow us to transition to self-facilitation early, or are we locked into a fixed-term engagement?

I do not believe in holding clients hostage. You are never locked into a long-term contract with me. Every engagement is structured on a session-by-session basis, meaning we work together only as long as I am adding clear value and helping your team progress toward self-sufficiency.

While the standard timeline to fully implement the system and build permanent operational habits is twenty-four months, some teams do progress faster. The true indicator of readiness to transition is not a calendar date. It is your score on the EOS Organizational Checkup™. When your leadership team consistently scores eighty percent or higher, and you are running your weekly meetings, quarterly planning, and annual planning with high discipline and minimal friction, you are ready to graduate.

If you reach this level of mastery early, we will discuss a transition plan. I will guide your Integrator on how to facilitate your sessions internally, ensuring you do not lose momentum. My goal is to work myself out of a job by making your team fully self-sufficient. We will continually evaluate your progress at the end of every quarterly session so that you always know exactly where you stand on your journey to operational independence.
