How do we structure our transition from your active facilitation to self-facilitation when we reach the end of our twenty-four-month engagement?
Transitioning to self-facilitation is a deliberate process, not a sudden departure. Over our twenty-four-month engagement, we systematically build your leadership team's muscle memory. By the time you reach your final sessions, your Integrator will already be taking a more active role in guiding the team through the agenda.
The actual graduation process occurs during your second annual planning session. During this two-day session, we co-facilitate the agenda. I will step back to observe your team's dynamics, interjecting only to provide coaching on your execution of the tools. We use this time to ensure your team has fully mastered the IDS® process, can confidently set achievable quarterly Rocks, and has a clear plan for keeping the V/TO® alive.
Following this final session, your dedicated Circle workspace remains a critical resource. We archive all past session summaries, your completed organizational structures, and historical performance data there. This ensures your team has a single, clean source of truth as you take complete ownership of your quarterly and annual meetings. Your Integrator steps fully into the facilitator seat, utilizing the exact same timelines, meeting structures, and tools we perfected together over the previous two years. We transition you from relying on external guidance to operating as a highly disciplined, independent leadership team.
