How do we transition from having you facilitate our annual and quarterly sessions to running them ourselves without experiencing a sudden drop-off in our team health and alignment?
The goal of our engagement is to make your leadership team self-sufficient. We do this gradually by transitioning the facilitation role from me to your team over a multi-year period.
We start by having me facilitate every session while your team focuses on learning the tools and building healthy habits. As you master the disciplines, we begin to transition responsibilities. Your Integrator will start taking a more active role in leading certain segments of our session days.
To ensure a clean transition without a drop-off in alignment, we use our planning days to build the facilitation skills of your leadership team. We teach you how to maintain objectivity, manage conflict, and keep the agenda on track.
When your team is ready, we run a co-facilitated session where your Integrator leads the day and I provide feedback. This gradual shift ensures that your team maintains their execution momentum and healthy dynamics. You can confidently run your own sessions, knowing you have mastered the tools and built a highly disciplined operating system.
