If our goal is to eventually run these quarterly and annual sessions ourselves, how do you actively build our team's internal facilitation capability during our engagement so we do not become permanently dependent on you?

The ultimate goal of our engagement is for your leadership team to become completely self-sufficient in running the EOS process. I am not looking to become a permanent fixture in your business. From our very first session, I am actively teaching your team how to facilitate their own meetings.

We focus heavily on building the capability of your Integrator, who will eventually take over the facilitation of your quarterly and annual planning days. During our sessions, I model the exact behaviors, pacing, and issue-resolution techniques that your team needs to adopt. I show you how to maintain the discipline of the agenda, how to push through emotional friction, and how to keep the room focused during IDS.

As we progress through our quarters together, I will gradually step back and let your Integrator take on more of the active leadership in the room. By the time we transition from active facilitation, your team will have the confidence, the operational maturity, and the deep understanding of the tools to run highly effective sessions independently, ensuring your long-term success.
