If we are already running a version of weekly meetings, how do we transition our current meeting habits into the strict Level 10 Meeting™ format before our first session with you?

Do not try to pre-empt the process by forcing a transition before our first session. It is much better to wait until we lay the foundation together during your initial Focus Day. Many teams try to self-implement weekly meetings beforehand and end up building bad habits. They might skip the scorecard, let the meeting run over the ninety-minute limit, or fail to use the IDS® process properly. Unlearning these bad habits is much harder than starting fresh with a clean slate. Before our first session, your only job is to keep running your business as you normally do. Observe where your current meetings fail. Are they disorganized? Do they turn into status updates rather than problem-solving sessions? Does one person dominate the conversation? Keep a list of these frustrations. When we meet for your Focus Day, we will install the Level 10 Meeting™ agenda step-by-step. I will teach your team how to run this agenda with absolute discipline, focusing on tracking scorecard metrics, reviewing Rock progress, and solving issues permanently. Once we establish this baseline together, you can transition your daily operations to this new format immediately. Trust the sequence of the system.
