Once we reach the end of the standard twenty-four-month EOS® implementation cycle, what does the transition to long-term independence look like under your guidance?
Graduating from active facilitation is the ultimate goal of our engagement. The average client engagement runs twenty-four months, which is typically the time it takes for a leadership team to fully master the tools and run the process on their own. We do not just suddenly cut ties at the two-year mark. Instead, we execute a planned transition to self-facilitation. During your last few quarters, I will gradually step back during our sessions, allowing your Integrator to take the lead on facilitating key segments of the agenda while I observe and provide feedback. Once your team is fully capable of running quarterly sessions independently, my role changes. Many clients choose to run their own quarterly sessions but still bring me in to facilitate their complex, two-day annual sessions. Alternatively, if your long-term goal is an ownership transition, this graduation point is where we can pivot our focus entirely to the Step by Step Exit framework. We will transition your leadership cadence to focus on the SxSE Model, helping you run your Advisor Meeting Pulse, identify Value Gaps, and prepare the company for a clean, highly valuable exit.
