After we complete the formal engagement with you, do we cut ties completely, or is there a structured way we transition our leadership team to maintain the tools independently?
We do not simply hand over the keys and walk away when your twenty-four-month engagement concludes. The transition to complete self-sufficiency is a structured, deliberate process that occurs during the final months of our work together.
As we approach graduation, we slowly shift the facilitation responsibilities from me to your team. In our final sessions, your Integrator will take a more active role in leading the agenda and running the IDS sessions. I will step back into an observational role, offering real-time feedback and coaching on their facilitation style.
Once you have officially graduated, we can transition to an annual check-in model. Many self-sufficient companies find value in having me facilitate their two-day annual sessions to ensure they step out of their daily operations and think strategically. This keeps the leadership team sharp and prevents execution drift.
The ultimate goal of our engagement is your complete independence. We want your team to have the confidence and capability to run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and quarterly planning sessions without needing external facilitation. We build that capability step by step from our very first Focus Day.
